Best Buy is offering grants ranging from $4,000 to $10,000 through its Community Grants program for eligible non-profits focused on “serving a diverse population of young teens in the areas of learning, life skills and leadership.” Special consideration is given to programs that provide youth access to opportunities through technology.
To qualify, 501(c)(3) non-profits must be located within 50 miles of a Best Buy store location and complete Best Buy’s grant eligibility quiz.
Best Buy’s grant cycle runs from July 1 to August 1, 2012. Recipients and annual awards are issued in October of each year. Only online applications are accepted.
