Family Attorney Arrested

Attorney Lynn McNeese Swank was arrested Tuesday morning, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. She allegedly forged the name of Fulton County Superior Court Judge Gail Tusan on adoption orders to terminate parental rights. Jim Walls with Atlanta Unfiltered broke the story this morning.
