A 12-year-old boy plead guilty to robbing a pizza delivery man with an unloaded shotgun and has been sentenced to two years in state custody, according to a WSAV-TV report.

  2. Technically the boy was detained, NOT jailed.
    It is important to make this distinction so that the general public learns the disticntion- Juveniles are treated differently than adults, even when they commit violent offenses. Let’s educate the public. Thanks.
