  1. Senate looks more promising as their bill retains funding for all three programs.

    • $55 million for Title II, with $500,000 earmarked for a competitive facilities program (up $15 million from FY 2012)

    • $30 million for Title V, with $25 million earmarked for TYP, gangs and EUDL (technically up $10 million from FY 2012, in reality up $5 million from $0 in FY 2012)

    • $30 million for JABG (level-funded
